We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Specialist who thrives in a fast pace environment and loves collections to join our Accounts Receivable Team. This position will report to the Credit Manager.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Day-to-day management of client accounts, including reconciliation, collection calls, dispute identification and resolution.
  • Prepare ad hoc A/R reports and analysis as needed.
  • Generating and reviewing regular accounts receivable aging reports and providing analysis on high risk accounts for management.
  • Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due.
  • Internal and external customer interface.
  • Must communicate & follow up effectively with Operations Teams regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
  • Take ownership of outstanding issues, ensure to enlist all parties until a resolution is achieved.
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 3-5 years high volume corporate collections experience.
  • Knowledge of billing and collections procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and a goal-oriented mentality.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Ability to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
  • Ability to communicate well both written and orally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
